So we meet again...

Dear Titan!
So we meet again.
 Fuck you very much!
No seriously, Titan Extreme is the most epic fight I've ever seen! It is bloody hard, but extremely funny. We didn't beat him yet, but I can't wait to see him going down one day.
U liek my MEMEs? :D

Dungeon Discovery: Brayflox's Longstop

Have you ever really looked into the ambience of the dungeons? To be honest, I haven't... Until now!

Today I entered Brayflox's Longstop (a dungeon for level 32+) with my Monk to get some EXP, because I was a bit tired of FATEing. I could barely remember that dungeon - I knew I entered it some months ago but I never came back inside. The ambience here is really awesome and after we killed the last boss I decided to use my Return-spell and discover all the lovely details inside Brayflox. It's a shame that you miss so many details if your group is just quickly rushing to the end. However, it's nice that you don't get kicked out of the instance if everyone from your group left, so you have like all time in the world to explore!

New passion?!

Hmm, something happened! Something that I would have never imagined: I finally started to level my other crafting classes and ... I enjoy it!

My first crafting class was Weaver, which I got to 50 by doing leves with HQ-items in the end. I really hated it: the materials are expensive, the monsters are over-farmed and it kinda broke me (financially). That's why I stopped bothering with crafting.

I also got a level 50 Goldsmith, but my friend helped me leveling it with leves - so when I got 50, I had a level 1 weapon and I had not done a single class quest for it. During the last days, however, I bought some crafting gear for it and finished the class quests to get a good level 50 tool. Shortly after I realised that I could make a fair amount of money, so it's actually a good way to start my crafting carreer.
I really love the level 50 skins for each crafting profession, so shortly after I purchased a full set of armor for my Weaver as well. It looks like a military uniform, love it! That's why I didn't dye this one.
For now my goal is to get the other crafting professions to level 15 to unlock some skills that would come in handy, starting with Blacksmith. The fact that I could actually use some of the low level weapons that I had made was a really cool feeling.

Jingle bells, jingle bells...

Christmas is near and even the people from Eorzea are celebrating it.

The new christmas event is called Starlight Celebration and it offers you a variety of new costumes and sweets that you can get for your character. By doing a special FATE called "Stay Frosty", which appears in several different locations, you can earn ice-token to trade for costumes. It seems that several costumes were already available in 1.0, and I'm glad that they added them in ARR as well.
I am a huge fan of Christmas events and - as usual - SE did a really great job with the decorations ingame. Enjoy the screenshots I took!
Have a great Christmas y'all, enjoy eating cookies and spending time with your families.

Cuteness Overdose

2.1 is offering a lot of new minions that you can collect. For now I got the Buffalo Calf, the Coeurl Kitten and a Wolf Pup. You can get the quest for the Kitten and the Pup in Aleport and the Buffalo Calf if you follow the main story.

The quest involving the little Kitten is really sad, it just lost it's mum. So I kinda got forced to adopt it, but no problem, I will take good care of it, hehe!
The pup is really adorable, it does more look like a Doberman pup though. It has lovely animations.
And the last adorable cutie: The Buffalo Calf. I love the small eyes!
I can't help myself, I just have to "Qweeeek" every time I summon one of them!

The Moogle-madness!

Have you fought the mighty Moogle King, King Moggle Mog XII, yet? You can unlock this battle by simply following the main story line. I really love Moogles, so I enjoyed the quests which involve them a lot, noticing myself saying "cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuute" over like 100 times.
Fighting the Moogle King and his somewhat satanic Moogle followers was... pure epicness. First only a couple of Moogles spawn, then they start summoning their King. The summoning made me giggle a lot!! Specially the song in the background is epic and gets stuck in your head for HOURS. Hours, I tell you!! (if you want a taste, click here!)
During one fight we bugged one of the Moogles. His Moogle-friends didn't really like that their companion didn't want to stand up anymore. Poor things!
However, the fight is funny but not as easy as it looks. I only tried it with Dury Finder, and we obviously didn't manage to kill him yet. I hope that my friends will unlock him very soon, because I really want to farm the awesome weapon skins that he drops! ^_^
